AV is a dark elf from the elven world. She's an AV actress, and a very popular one at that. She’s great friends with Funou, and they might have worked together before Funou became a dorm mother.

Appearance

AV has outwardly black hair, with a reddish tone beneath that reaches her hips, and amber eyes. She has dark skin and a 120 cm bust, which is an R-cup in Japanese bra sizes. She is seen wearing many different outfits, which align with her job task, so her casual attire is yet to be known. While she looks young, her age is assumed to align with Funou’s, as they’ve got history together from AV’s current profession.

In a prototype sketch of AV, she's shown to also wear glasses. It is unknown if she just wears contact lenses for her job or if this has been written out isn't yet known.

Personality

She’s a self confident lady in her prime, and enjoys being the centre of attention when around others. Through her friendship with Funou we can see that she likes to tease others and likes to show off her body. Seems to have a good grasp of the potential for interspecies adult entertainment, and can see great potential in Yuri.

Her career leads her to be very straightforward with others, which can in turn lead to very awkward moments between her and for example Yuri and Funou. She also seems to be a little bit of a celebrity, with her being in lots of adult magazines.

History

Most of her early life is unknown, her connection with Funou can leave people up to speculate how far they go back. She’s shown to be good natured as she isn’t evil or disrespectful towards people on purpose, she’s been shown to be rather forward but that’s likely because of how her work has affected her over time. With friends she can be seen more relaxed and eager to pull pranks on them and act silly as with Funou.

She’s first seen in a magazine working together with other actresses, and following that she is later introduced as she stumbles upon Yuri carrying the magazine she’s in. As she thinks Yuri is an elf fan, AV-san is very forward, this does nothing but to make Yuri run away in embarrassment.

During a visit to the Elf Ocean with Funou and Umanami for a photoshoot, she is happy to see that Funou apparently knows Yuri and has invited her to their photoshoot. Now knowing where she can always find Yuri, a person who she sees as having talent, leaves her happy after their beach trip together.

During Halloween, she finds time to surprise Yuri in her special Halloween costume from her latest magazine. While there she tests to see if Yuri does have practical talent as an actress, she’s happy to figure out that she indeed does have the talent to become an AV actress and leaves while saying “I knew it! You’re a natural! You’ve got talent! I’ve gotta get you in my office someday”¹

Relationships

Yuri

AV initially thought Yuri was an elf fan when she bumped into her while she was relocating magazines. She commented that Yuri had: “Your face is nice, you have a lovely voice, and you have such beautiful black hair:”² AV saw Yuri as an eager fan, who seemed so devoted to her profession that she must have been interested in being part of it. Going so far as to try and scout her during their first meeting.

She reads Yuri's desires like an open book and before New Year's Eve tests out her skills to see if she should really scout her, and determines that Yuri really does have talent.

Mara

AV might know of her existence through Funou, but she hasn’t yet met Mara.

Tansho

AV might know of her existence through Funou, but she hasn’t yet met Tansho.

Funou

AV seems to have a long history with Funou, as she knows of her former marriage and is very childish around her, and even comments “Planning on returning to work?”. Suggesting their history goes way back. AV-san seems to view Funou as a quiet elf with a beautiful body.

Umanami

AV's relationship with Umanami is very thin, while they do seem to have history, AV-san has yet to be seen talking enough with Umanami for a thorough relationship explanation to be created. They are seen talking like adults on the beach, but that’s it.
